What are your normal business hours?  Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm ET, and Saturday-Sunday 12pm - 3pm ET.

Where are you located, and how may someone contact you? We are located in Tennessee, eastern time zone. There are several ways to contact us. You may live chat with us or leave a message, you can send us an email anytime, or you may send us physical mail. These options are all listed on our Contact Page.

What payment methods do you accept? Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Discover, JCB, Diners Club and Shopify Pay.

Do you collect sales tax, and if so, where and what %? Yes we do. Customers located in TN only must pay the current tax rate, which is now 9.75%.

How are products shipped? USPS Priority Mail (2 day shipping). 

What are your shipping charges? We charge the current USPS rate.

How quickly are orders shipped? Within 1-2 business days. 

Do you accept returns? Absolutely! If you are not satisfied with any of our products, simply return the unused portion within 30 days of receipt and we will promptly refund your money (less shipping), no questions asked. For a full explanation, please refer to our Return Policy.
